Experience
Basic Requirements

- 2-3 years in data analysis, business analysis, or data support capacity is REQUIRED. Preferably in SaaS
- Experience in cloud computing in one or more environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle) required
- Experience with and understanding of API architecture and interactions, SQL database, and/or other data structures for digital products
- Subject matter expert or, at minimum, advanced understanding of various data delivery and integration methods
- 2-3 years product management experience a plus
- Scoping data connection capabilities via source systems to the Evention Platform
- Validating data mapping between source and target systems
- Identifying and troubleshooting anomalies related to reconciliation of data between systems
- Liaison between relevant teams to identify connectors and partners as candidates for new integration solutions
Description
Evention is seeking an Integration Special to focus on the design, development, and delivery of system to system data import / export projects. This position will be a part of the growing Product Management & Product Design team to provide solutions to support our customers, client services and implementation teams.
In this position, the Integration Specialist will collaborate with Product Managers, Development, Product Documentation, Implementation, and Support to create and maintain a library of data connectors required for both internal and external audiences. We are looking for an energetic and self-accountable individual with proven experience to meet each project with enthusiasm and diligence.
The candidate who fills this position will be a subject matter expert of data integration solutions and data mapping between external systems and the Evention platform. The resource will be responsible for exploring ways to pass data between systems, coordinating meetings to define scope, and data mapping for any new data integration solution to be incorporated into Evention’s connector suite. They will partner with the Development team leaders in translating business requirements into business specifications related to import / export of data on the Evention platform. They will also work extensively with implementations to educate on configuration and activation of connectors.
Responsibilities

- Scoping data integration capabilities via source system documentation
- Liaison with relevant teams to identify clients as candidates for new integration solutions
- Build relationships with source system providers to validate integration opportunities, gather documentation (sometimes via client introduction)
- Working with Product Documentation to document data integration architecture and details
- Coordinate with Development leaders and Product Managers to create and prioritize work items for data integration
